In 2009 finally Sir Collins sound source or an unpublished sound source began to be releasedand this Chapter1 passed more than 35 years since it was released in 1973. He started a Collins Down Beat label in rock steady initial work 'Sir Collins Special' which won fame in the hit chart of 1967 as a start and published a legendaly killer tune called 'Black Panther' for skinhead period in 1969 and 1970's He recorded many masterpieces with Bob Marley & The Wailers and DelroyWilson, Owen Gray, Alton Ellis At the beginning in 1970’s he started his label 'Sir Collins Music Wheel'and recording thing began to turn the wheel to start a sound by turning,and the passion was poured into the spot and creation.

His Skil which had prominent technology as an engineer added to an extremity, but it was gone to turn up in the public music market after a desaster called New Cross Fire January 18, 1981. Son Steve Collins of Sir Collins which left a work for this Chapter1 was included in one of the 13 youths, and it was a tragic incident playing sound system 'Gemini' of Steve oneself. This disaster becomes the trigger of Brixton Riot(Bloody Saturday) which rose the three months later, and it became greatest riot in London in the 20th century.
