Q: I cannot put a product into Shopping Cart.
I cannot put a product into Shopping Cart. Am I doing something wrong?
A: Please change your security settings.

Depending on the browser's security settings, you may experience problems when using the Shopping Cart. In that case, please try the following settings (for Windows XP, Internet Explorer).

1. From the Menu Bar, select "Tools" → "Internet Option" → "Security" tab.
2. If the security level of "Internet" zone is set at "High", please set it at "Medium". Try adding the product into Shopping Cart now.
3. If you still have the problem, go to "Internet Option" → "Customize Level". If the setting of the "Scripting", "Active Scripting" is set at "Disable", please check "Enable".

This should solve the problem.

Q: Do you issue a receipt?

A: "Receipt of payment" (for payment-on-delivery)
If you are paying on delivery (cash, credit card or debit card), the "Receipt of payment" which is attached to the package of product. is the official receipt. This will be issued by the delivery agency who collects the payment.
For any other payment method, please specify that you require a receipt in the "Request about the delivery" field when placing the order or contact us at >>.
Please also note that we will not re-issue the receipt under any circumstance.

Can I cancel the order?

Please avoid cancelling the order after confirmation. If you wish to change or cancel the order, however, you must inform us the change or cancellation by 10:00 a.m. on the next day. If you do not inform us by then, we might not be able to change or cancel the order as the shipping instruction might have been already issued.

Q: Can you ship several orders in one shipment?
I would like to order another product after placing an order. Is it possible to have several orders in one shipment?
A: Yes it is possible, as long as the product has not been sent.
It is possible as long as you place the additional order before receiving the shipment notification e-mail (which is usually sent within 24 hours after placing an order). Please specify accordingly in the "Request about the delivery" field when you are placing an additional order.
Q: How can I return a damaged product?

A: Returning defective products
At ReggaeRecord.com we will accept the returning of the product if the shipment was within Japan or within seven days after delivery on the following conditions. Please check the condition of product immediately after receiving as you will not be able to return the product after seven days.
We do not accept the returning of products from overseas.
