| "MyPage" is a member's page where you can view the history of orders, confirm and change information such as shipping address and payment method, as well as change settings for the subscription of mail magazines. You can access MyPage by clicking >>"MyPage" tab on the top of the screen at any time. |

For the member's various procedures, you can view them in "MyPage". To proceed to the procedure, access "MyPage", log in by entering your ID (e-mail address) and password, then click the item you wish to view.
If you do not have an account at ReggaeRecord.com, please register as a member by clicking "Shopping with us for the first time" on MyPage or the Log-in page which is shown when placing an order. |

If you forget your password |

If you forget your password, please enter your registered e-mail address (your ID) from "MyPage" -> "Forgot password?", and your password will be automatically sent to that address.
After receiving your password, please log in on "MyPage" and change the password immediately. Because e-mail is not the most secure way of communication, your account might be used by a third-party.
