After receiving the order, it usually takes one day (or maximum two days) for ReggaeRecord.com to secure the product and prepare for shipment. Below is how we calculate the number of days required before the product is delivered to you.
Days to process shipment + Days to deliver = Number of days required for delivery after confirmation of the order.

For many of the products on our site, they are shipped within two days and delivered within one to three days. Therefore, you will receive the product within one to five days after placing the order.
Please note that the delivery time will depend on the shipment option and delivery method you select. |

A delivery agent (Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport) will deliver the product to the shipping address and will collect the payment. Please pay the total amount (including shipping cost and other costs) in cash when receiving the product. |

You will be required to pay the total amount (product price, shipping cost and cash-on-delivery cost) in cash.
Cash-on-delivery cost will be charged for every delivery. Please make the payment to the delivery agency when receiving the product. |

The payment-on-delivery method is only accepted for shipment within Japan. We do not deliver to private P.O.boxes or overseas through this method of payment.
Some regions (isolated islands) are also excluded from this option.
If the total amount is more than ¥300,000, then you cannot pay on delivery.
The product will be shipped to the registered address immediately when we complete the preparation for shipment.
Please note that you cannot change the shipping address once you confirm the order.
The delivery agency will contact you by telephone before the delivery. When you are placing the order, please enter the telephone number in the telephone number field of the shipping address in which you will be reachable at the time of delivery.
If we fail to deliver, we will contact you by e-mail, and the delivery agency will keep the product for a maximum of one week. If we cannot contact you during that period, we will cancel the order and collect the product. |

The total amount of payment will be written on the "Receipt of payment" which is attached to the package of the product. This "Receipt of payment" is the official receipt which is issued by the delivery agency who collects the payment.
Please note that the shipping address and the name will be mentioned on the "Receipt of payment".
Please also note that we will not re-issue the receipt under any circumstances. |

Please deposit the total amount (product price and shipping cost) to our bank account after receiving a payment request mail which we send when the shipment preparation has been completed. We will proceed to shipment immediately after we confirm the deposit. Although there are no other costs, you will need to bear the deposit fee of the bank. |

We will secure the product immediately after receiving the order, and inform you, by e-mail, of the total amount and our bank account details within one or two days. Then we will ship the product immediately after confirming the deposit. |

| ♣Reserving the product |
|
|
You may reserve a product and specify the payment and delivery method later. However, the reservation period is up to a month. The maximum amount of the products that you can reserve is ¥50,000. To reserve a product, you must have both a billing and shipping address within Japan. |

Reserving the Product and Handing the Product At the Shop |
| |
We will secure the product after receiving the order, and inform you of the total amount within one or two days by e-mail. We will proceed to shipment once we receive your instructions. If we do not receive the shipping instructions after a month, we will cancel the order.
In addition, please note that once your reserved order is cancelled, you will not be able to reserve our products again. Also you will not be able to purchase the products by "Bank transfer" and to choose the date for the products to be delivered.
This will be applied, in case you cancel a part of the reserved order, too.

*If we did not receive your inquiry in advance, there are some possibilities that we are not able to hand over your order at the shop.

Issue of receipt |

| ♣Changing and cancelling the order |

Please avoid cancelling the order after confirmation. If you wish to change or cancel the order, however, you must inform us the change or cancellation by 10:00 a.m. on the next day. If you do not inform us by then, we might not be able to change or cancel the order as the shipping instruction might have been already issued.

| ♣Returning defected or damaged product |
|
| At ReggaeRecord.com we will accept the returning of the product within seven days after delivery on the following conditions if the shipment was within Japan. Please check the condition of the product immediately after receiving. After receiving the returned product, we will start the refund procedure accordingly. This process may take up to one month depending on the processing status of returned product. Once the process has been completed, we will inform you by e-mail. Please note that the debt of ReggaeRecord.com regarding the refund will not have any interest. |

Returning or exchanging the product |

If you find any damage to the product, you may return it within seven days after delivery (applicable only within Japan).
If you wish to exchange the product with a non-defective product, we might not be able to do so if the defect is due to mistakes during production, such as improper pressing. In this case, you will be asked to choose from returning the product (refund), or exchanging it with the same or different product.
If you would like to exchange the product, we will take care of the shipping fee.
Note: You will not be able to return or exchange the product once the seven-day period has passed even if the product has a defect. |
